Haier 8000 btu portable air conditioner

I bought this Haier 8000 BTU portable air conditioner from Walmart 2 years on may 16 2016 for $256 I like it a lot it does keep my bedroom cool so that's all I care please comment like and subscribe

I am getting one as backup to my windows ac's. 8000 btus is perfect.

Straighten the exhaust hose out....shoult be straight as possible (least bends) to the window vent plate. You'll find it getting much colder in the room as there's less heated surface area (hose hets warm)

when do you have to drain it? and how do u go about draining it?

I bought the same one but the upper drain (near the exhaust) is letting water out. Is this normal? Or should I buy a hose or a drain plug for it?

I been looking to get something like that.
You said it was very humid. About were are you? I live in Atlanta and gets VERY humid here.
And do you ever have issues with water leaking?

just bought portable ac haier 8000btu 3 days ago. it is really noisy as yours.

Windows AC's only last one or two years cause they are exposed..
