The origins of 'A Garden In Granada' (Sam Lewis) are not clear, except to say Very Lynn recorded a version of it in 1939 and a year previously there was a recording on the Bluebird label by Abe Lyman and his Californians with vocal by Ed Holly.
This orchestral version is by Mantovani and his Orchestra from a 2001 compact disc titled 'Tico Tico: Mantovani Goes Latin!'.
