Those smoothies work. I always throw a bunch of herbs high in antioxidants in and then lots of cocoa and peanut butter for flavor. You can find lists of herbs and their ORAC values.

I can tell you didn't enjoy kale, but I eat to stay healthy, taste is not gonna stop my fitness quest either, we got more than enough from mother nature !
