Road Rage Against Off-Duty Cop Goes Terribly Wrong #shorts

Hello! I narrate stories that I find around to share with you guys in the hopes that I can make you smile or entertain you even for a shorts time.
The Story: When this man stopped at a red light, he had no idea he would end up suing a police officer.
At a red light in the turning lane, the truck ahead stopped instead of turning.
Frustrated, the man gestured at the driver, questioning what he was doing.
He honked, hoping the truck would move.
Growing more annoyed as it stayed stopped despite having the right of way, he kept making gestures and eventually flipped the driver off.
At that point, the truck’s owner, an off-duty police officer, Alan Ganter, got out, approached his car, and took pictures of his license plate.
When accused of being on his phone, the man claimed he was moving items in his car, mentioned he was a cop, threatened to issue a ticket, and threatened he’d call his supervisor.
When the driver asked for his badge number, the man hit him through the window, threatened to have him arrested, retreated to his truck, and drove away, while the other driver followed closely, calling 911.
When the police caught up with the man, he discovered charges were pressed against him. The officer actually looked into whether he could press countercharges but was unsuccessful.
In the end he got a five-day suspension without pay and mandatory de-escalation training for three consecutive year.
