First of all: happy birthday 🥳 I’m turning 21 this year, and I also learned things hard time. This month I will be on a journey to the inside. I want to be more spiritual and mindful. I need to take this time for me, and it’s okay. I have to deal with my past and my fears otherwise I won’t be able to live the best possible life. Loved your 15 lessons. Won’t it be worth our effort to learn something, discover something new and honorable every year about ourselves. It would show me goals in my character to work on. A gratitude journal that is includes something new each year that we’ve learned ( good) about yourself. Personal growth that would benefit my community and benefit myself. Grattis på bemärkelsedagen!

I have another one for you that is important to me and many others out there. "Never forget your heritage" to me family means a lot ❤ I lost my dad recently and it really got me thinking about what I've been doing with my life. Right now I'm spending a lot of time with my family in my hometown and it feels so important to remember and go back sometimes from where your life started.

It would be cool to see more videos from your homeland sometime and where you grew up.

re: your comment about happiness, it brings to mind a similar phrase: "Pick your battles." While I'm not sure that's the path to happiness, (and I'm not sure at least for me that I can say "happiness" is my goal so much as peace of mind)....I do agree that knowing when to step back, vs push forward, gives us more energy and time for the things that nourish us and give us joy.
