Carrot Cake | No Milk

One of our favourite cakes. The carrot cake, you can also make it a spicy carrot cake by adding a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

Ingredients :

2 cup flour
2 teaspoon mixed spices
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 cups carrots
1/2 cups raisins
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 medium eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil

Bake time 40 minutes
