I tried this recipe for easter and it was a total disaster. The cake was dense and rubbery and the frosting was way too liquid to hold onto the cake. I was sooo disapointed because my family always said that vegan food is boring and cannot be as good as omni food and I wanted to prove with this cake that it's not true. Well, I failed :<
So my tip is search for other recipes online.
