GSM + GPS Based Vehicle Location Tracking System using Arduino

Bro i built gps and gsm vehicle tracking system, when I finished all, the problems is final test, I mean when I send a text to gsm, the gsm will not give me the location and by the way everything is correct ( the code, physical connection) and also I have done complaining and uploading well so pls bro help me and answers to me soon please
