Microsoft is a $3 Trillion company. Biggest, most valuable company in the world. I'm sure they know what they're doing when it comes to running companies/turning things around in the long run, and if they deemed Activision significantly overstaffed like that, then they must have been. CoD, under Activision, has gotten worse over the years. Let's see what MS can and will do with the franchise under it's belt before we start specualting that they're just killing it.
