Appreciate the review. But who cares about the packaging seeming 'cheap'? Overdone packaging is wasteful, so I appreciate any minimizing of packaging for something that, itself, is a protective case!

Hazel all the way! Bought it with the 9 Pro XL and love the premium feeling it gives off in the hand. I even loved the minimalist recycled packaging which, let's admit it, goes in the bin anyway, so this was nice to see.

I ordered one with my 9 Pro. I'm supposed to get them on Sept 4th. I've had my Pixel 7 in the official case for two years now, and it has held up well. There are a few knicks in it from dropping the phone, but it still has the original vibrancy of the Lemongrass color. The metal buttons also feel good still.

The google cases are very solid and feel premium, I also had the pixel 8 pro google cases as well as new pixel 9 pro xl.

They're nice, aesthetically, have good fit and matching colors..albeit more on the overpriced side. But it's a little too smooth and slippery at the sides. You can hold a phone hands down while walking and it will have the tendency to slide out of your hands unless you have sweaty palms, or if you grip on to more than just the sides. Could use more grip.

I've picked up a hazel case for my non-pro 9, because I love this color, but it was only available for the pro models.
After 1 day of use, I won't say anything about the durability, but it definitely feels nice.

I'm using the Google OEM case in porcelain on my porcelain Pixel 9. I like the case but I find it a bit slippery. I'm hoping it'll get worked in a little over time and develop a better grip to it.

I bought 2 cases Obsidian & Hazel. The hazel case looks 🔥. The obsidian case I bought from T-Mobile Saturday just passed when Pixel Pro XL arrived. 3 days in and its holding up very well. The hazel case arrived on Monday from the Google store. The Obsidian case is for work and the Hazel case is for outings

I ordered the official case for the Pro 9 XL and immediately returned it. They feel great until you try to use day to day... The most slippery case I've ever used, guaranteed to drop it at some point 🙈

No Magsafe, No Purchase. The Spigen is also not an option, as it's a metal ring, not a magnet array, so it lacks strength.

Nope. I rather go with the OtterBox and make sure it's 100% safe for the money you spent on these phones. Nope. OtterBox is the way to go
