Easy Soup Recipe - Clam Chowder

Recipe:
- 1cup of Celery
- 1 cup of Carrot
- 2 cloves of minced Garlic
- Half of an Onion
- 2 Potato
- 1 cup of Clams
- 1 litre of Chicken Stock
-1 Bay Leaf
- 3 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
- 400 ml of Milk
- 200 ml of Cooking Cream
- A handful of Thyme

Instructions:
1. In a soup pot, saute garlic, onion till it is translucent
2. Throw in the chopped celeries and carrots and cook till it is soften and pour in the flour
3. Stir well till there are no clumps and pour in the chicken stock. When the soup is boiling, throw in the chopped potatoes and bay leaf. Season the soup with black pepper and pour in the clams
4. Next, pour in the cooking cream, milk and stir well
5. Throw in a handful of thyme and serve warm!

i make mine different but clam chowder cant taste great multiple ways. i like to boil the potatoes with clam juice seperate & mix everything together toward the end. I also get the good chopped clams
