The PlayStation 5 should have more to offer when it comes to console covers. Like how do you have the opportunity and just throw it away? Every first party game and/or big exclusive like Final Fantasy VII/XVI, Stellar Blade, Rise of the Ronin, and others should have had special edition face plates when the games launched.

I've never heard anyone say that turn-based combat clashes with visuals..
That is not the reason companies moved away from it.
It's because they thought it was too much thinking for the mainstream to handle.
Turn-based combat perfectly. Compliments, high-fidelity visuals.
Especially with special moves or summons like in Final Fantasy.

I have 10 physical PSVR games. Them not being backwards compatible is a deal breaker for me. I had the VR2 in my cart yesterday since it dropped to 350 but I just can’t justify it.

Interesting that the joysticks are white on the Astro controller but black on the controller ship in the new game, looking at the trailer. I would have preferred the black sticks on the real thing as white controllers in general tend to need cleaning more often.

I like the Astro controller. If I had surplus money I would get one but £80 is a bit steep.
It would be cool if the controller grips could be transformed into the wings of the jet like in the game. Probably asking a little too much though!

Man just really glossed over Yakuza 8, P3Reload, SMTVengeance and the upcoming Metaphor ReFantazio when talking about big turn based RPGs. SMH. Talk about judging a game’s “budget and scope” based on the art direction.
