A few "Bugfixes" for someone in need:

1.1 New Command (Update or smth.):
VBoxManage createmedium disk --filename "C:\usb1.vmdk" --format=VMDK --variant RawDisk --property RawDrive=\\.\PhysicalDrive1
1.2 Change "C:\usb1.vmdk" to "X:\usb1.vmdk" | X = your usb-drive
1.3 Change PhysicalDrive1 to 2 or 3 as shown in the Video
2. Enable Host I/O-Cache in Storage Settings in VM if you encounter problems during startup, as the VM doesnt has permission to write on hard disks

Bro I successfully installed the windows 10 on virtual box but if I remove the bootable drive from pc then windows10 wont boot in vm. Help.

So is this just intended to be some kind of key to access a VM setup? This won't work on other machines with out VirtualBox installed right? I was hoping for a more portable solution here.
