i try to open the thing to try to select the rom but it doesn't show up in the file explorer i have it set to downloads and the rom in downloads idk what to do help please

What's happening for me is it's not asking me to select the Mario 64 rom and opens msys2 right off the bat and then all the package downloads fail.

after i use uhh sm64pcbuilder 2 because the old one got errored it worked but the launcher still thinks that the game wasnt installed
