I mounted mine the same way as yours and it sounds like the pump is making a grinding sound or something like that. Doesn’t do that with it mounted to the front with tubes down

I solved it for anyone who may need answers for this: I plugged the pump into my CPU fan header instead of the SATA adapter so I can control the pump speed. I slowed down the pump AIO to 34% speed on my motherboard BIOS and the gurgling sound is gone and my temps are stable at like 40ish C with a PBO undervolted Ryzen 5800X. I’m guessing in this orientation the pump at full speed was jetting the water too fast creating air pockets
