The ID-Cooling FrostFlow X 240 AIO is one of the cheapest 240mm AIO in the market. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles like RGB illumination and whatnot but it performs quite decently with its stealthy looking design.

I don't understand why you didn't test the AIO in stock configuration, which is just 2 included fans without additional fans. In your setup, you used 3 intake fans which effectively makes it a 2 pull 2 push configuration for the radiator. This makes the test result to be specific to the said configuration with your ID Cooling fans for pushing air. The result might be different if people used different fans for pushing air or no fans at all.

5:48 with that in mind I think you should benchmark a stress test which is running for an hour to see how good the aio fairs against other solutions because at that point so liquid in it would have heated up.

Because the cooling solution should give lesser temps but also which is more sustainable

Juz asking, do u connect to SATA 4 full speed or connect to mobo?Actually i'm using ZoomFlow 240, but in idle mode my temp 50c.I'm connect to mobo to control the lighting actually.

I'm not sure I would call this testing methodology fair as the AIO is not in its stock configuration. Using the rad in a push pull configuration will improve the AIO performance. What happens if you use push pull on the air cooler?

Nice review sir! I'd just like to recommend that next time, you show us the fan and/or pump RPMs. Also, operate every fan and pump at 50, 75, and max rpms, so that we know the performance we're getting. Setting them to PWM mode would really show not so accurate results. All-in-all, nice video!
