Quick video to show you the Intel Core i9-11900K overclocking process with the ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Apex and EK-QuantumX Delta TEC. I could reach 5.6 GHz for 2 cores and 4.8 GHz all core stable at a maximum CPU temperature of 85C. The CPU package power is 200W. The maximum performance increase is about 20.54%.

Cut-down to the point version of SkatterBencher #25.

I need this guide to get me to a reasonable 4.9 instead of an insane 5.6 or whatever

Awesome video dude, working with CM version of the Cryo cooler and was struggling to get the best out of the CPU. This guide has given me hope that I can get to that elusive 5.6GHz as well. XD

I missed the part where you find out which 2 cores are the best cores in your processor. Is there another video where you explain this part? Thanks again for the summarized version. Intel has made it more and more confusing to fully unlock the potential of their processors with each generation and videos like yours help folks like us.

Thought this was a solid overclock runs prime95 no problems, crashes sometimes during games just hard locks up. Any advice. Using this overclock method is way above my pay grade

I really wish you would change it from 5 minute overclock to 30 minute overclock that way we could begin to understand what your changing in some of these menus. ie Thermal Velocity Boost (I followed none of that)

I got up this morning. Want to debug 11900k overclocked 5.2
I entered bios and tried offset voltage mode +0.1
After turning on the computer, I immediately turned on cpuz and found that it was 1.7v. I immediately turned off the computer.
The core temperature of aida64 suddenly reached 60 or 70 degrees
I shut down immediately
Re-debug offset-mode
No programs are running
1.7v for a few seconds is fine for the CPU, right?
Will it have any impact on the CPU?

I'm running i9 11900k with Msi Ace z590. I can't run past 4400mhz the pc crashes during gaming. 4266 mhz seems to be stable but I'm not sure how much damage I'm doing

Would this still be safe with a CPU AIO?

Would these voltage offsets be different for say an SP rating 83? Also, if I'm not using the TEC and my fans are 100% all the time (Quiet), do you need to adjust Q-Fan control? Awesome video!

My 11900k has a 90 SP and I'm extremely curious how far I could push it now... :)

This caused a crash for me. I followed directions very specifically and missed nothing, as I was pausing the video often.

This probably Cooked my CPU. 1.67v is a bit much

What about the non-K variant (11900)? Are the settings the same?
