2 cylinder Kubota mini tractor diesel engines have 8 valves i think.push about 12 to 14 hp.ive seen those run on small boats

Good to see there are still white sand seashores like that with those kinds of houses in some parts of Cebu. The place I'm from in Bohol have almost no more white sand seashores that are not developed for resorts or owned by government and the few available are too expensive for the common people to buy. Them white shores used to be very cheap piece of land back then in the early 70's with cheap small nipa huts.

In zambales they are using big plastic pvc pipes as outriggers instead of bamboo and it's more bouyant than bamboo...

12 valve is referring to engine/trans set up from multi truck. 4or5 foward speeds 1 reverse.

Tell those fishermen to take something local onboard as life preservers. Something as simple a a few 2 or 3 liter soda bottles tied together will save a life.
