Im glad i came and found this video...Maybe if instructions were added on how to, in the box, it would save people some time, and lots of stress....My coffee was overflowing my 12oz cup, and i couldn't figure out when when its saying its only 7.7oz.
Im going to check this works in the morning, or the whole thing is being returned, and im going back to my easy Keurig lol

Holding down the button on my Vertuo Plus (USA) doesn't do anything. Just makes spinning noise/ light but nothing comes out of spout....sometimes minimal drops. Then it completely stop and i get a red light if I press the button again. I have to open it and grab the ejected pod from the disposal container that didnt even get used.

I’m confused. So if I have two different capsule sizes, e.g a 230ml mug and a 80ml latte size, and I set my 230ml size as desired, will that size be the same for whenever I brew my latte capsule? Or can I register two different cup sizes at once?

My office machine (of this model) is having issues with the 7.7oz capsules making 16oz of coffee. Is this happening because someone is holding the button down too long and programming it to make that much?

So- essentially I can now refill with tea, and seal with the Amazon foil stickers- program to express more water.

Terrible instruction booklet with tiny type in multiple languages. Complicated machinery parts. Just overall too much work and thought. I think I’m going back to Keurig.

Nespresso, please make a separate button for all these functions. This is crazy. Learn from Keurig, or die. I hate this crappy machine. Has so many red lights, never goes off. And then it randomly disappears. Descaling is a nightmare. And high return rates. I cannot recommend this terrible product to friends.
