Mine came with no real instructions - just a quick start guide of illustrations with no explanation. This video is the first I'm seeing that there's a 30 second warm up. And I can find nowhere that says how to power it off. There was nothing stating that the machine knows what size to make based on the pod size. There is no "recipe book" so that I know how to use the espresso once it's made. It's just overall annoying as hell. My husband just came in and said, "Okay, tell me how to use this thing." Ha! Who knows?

Ya, worst company to deal with ever. Worst customer support experience I've ever had. They won't help you and they will never own up to their mistake. They are willing to lose a customer over $100 mistake they made by sending wrong pods. So if you ever get the wrong order, they will tell you to kick rocks

This thing is killing me. Recieved it. Turned it on. Could never get it to draw water for the tank rinse. Must have tried 40 times. Sent it back. It was repaired. Sent back. Smashed to bits. All the water tank. Water tank lid snapped in half and half of it wedged under the lid of the actual unit at the back. Sent it back. Just Recieved another one. It actually rinsed! Tried to make a decaf for my daughter and about three teaspoons of coffee came out and that's it. Boiled a kettle to fill up the rest of the cup, added milk and made a very sub par cup of coffee. What is the point of this thing?

I dont drink this coffee, the taste is really bad, we tried with friends, nobody wanted the machine, not for free, we had to recycle it. I go for the classic.

Terrible customer service from this company, but I always said of the original machine it made a decent cup of coffee but Vertuo machines do away with even that virtue - terrible coffee from a terrible company is now my experience….
