Psalm 22 - Has God Forsaken Me? (Praying while feeling God is absent) Whole Bible Baptist Preaching

Psalm 22 shows us what to pray when we are going through a very hard time, when everyone is against us and God seems absent from helping us. We see that it is okay to cry out to God and let Him know what we are feeling, even when we do not know if He is listening.

We can trust in what God has done in the past to know that He actually has not abandoned us but is actually working through us to help us and others who can benefit from our trial of Faith. We learn that we are not the only ones that felt rejected and insignificant at times but that great men of faith like David, Job and even Christ felt this type of pain but were able to endure.

When we complete the trial we can look back on it and see that while we felt alone, God was with us every step of the way.
