I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today is April 10. Today is Good Friday. This psalm is usually read or sung on this day. Preferably, it is read since singing is usually discouraged on Good Friday since it is the most somber day for believing Christians. Sadly, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, services have had to be canceled or held online, including my parish.

Jesus didnt feel 'abandoned' he knew he was going through the stages that was prophesied and did so. He KNEW his fate he was going to have to endure (an understatement) which is why he sweat blood!!! A REAL medical symptom that can occur with someone under EXTREME pressure and possibly fear. Going through something that Jesus did is bad enough but to KNOW what one is going to have to endure??? Don't you just love that man! How privileged, honoured and special Mary must have felt to have been chosen to be the mother of this beautiful creation.
I really hope that others who were unfortunate enough to have been born OUTSIDE of the TRUE faith have the STRENGTH and COURAGE to leave their Anti-Christ establishment and open themselves and welcome in the TRUE GOD. Please dont ignore, open your hearts, dont dismiss the 'crazy teachings you have in your book' by just focusing on cherry picked pieces.
This is SERIOUS you need to realize it and make sure you and your family are standing in the correct place when Jesus returns instead of satans dwelling where you have been prosecuting Gods followers/children (that will not go down too well, try and explain that one? Explain why your WERENT prepared for his return but instead worship some other entity who had convince you it was God and on top of that it taught you to hate and okay the murdering of the Gods devoted children) Think of your own children, their fate and future depends on your actions and decisions don't let the devil win you over .🌺🌺🌺
