I feel like the more vibrant pastel colors are Ashfur’s perception of his world. He knows squirrelflight is uncomfortable but he keeps pressing, thinking he will get her. The sudden shift to vibrant colors to me seemed to show the reality and true weight of Ashfur’s actions, that it wasn’t a pretty paradise but that the truth is a lot darker

i honestly love love love how hollyleaf has holly leaves covering her forehead and the other 2 have stars on their foreheads. not only that but i love how she has a diamond on her chest which looks like a duller version of jay and lions stars. idk if all that was intentional but i adore it

Omg Im sobbing this is gorgeous. I adore the character designs (floppy ear squirrelflight with the lighter peach fur is adorable and ashfurs little fang is cute).

I also love the little effects scattered about (the emoji symbol things). I'm curious how you made that chibi ashfur at the start. It looks so retro and 3d. Also I like when hollyleaf shouts out the secret that you cB see ashfurs paws, like he's guiding Holly to do what he planned to do


I've always liked your colour palettes and this is no different. I originally found you from your warrior cats video using the dhmis song but I'm so glad I subbed. Great work. Your videos are always a delight.

god i genuinely come back to this video like once a month its all of the designs are flawless, the style is unique and cool, and the song is this is one of my all time favorite wc videos and thats coming from someone who doesnt really care for ashfur that much i think hes interpreted by the fandom as like a misunderstood "rough around the edges" tortured twisted #BadBoy WAYYYY too much. so thank you for giving us the true and accurate loser ashfur content we need in this world

this is literally STUNNING!! your style is stunning and it works so well, and the designs are so unique without being unrecognizable. i love how u paint ashfur in a sympathetic light without making it seem like hes in the right :D this has to be one of my favorite ashfur characterizations. i especially love the leafpool, jay, and lion designs :) lionblaze's design is usually kinda overlooked and rushed, but it looks like u put thought and care into every single frame!! the pay off is wonderfull. 10/10
