Thank you for this Video Naveen...I had a question about switching from Manual to Automation. Suppose someone has experience of 5 years in Manual and wants to switch. He/She has learned Selenium and Java from different sources but hasn't worked on these tools in real-time. The hiring company will expect someone who has experience in Automation so in this case how do we answer the questions asked about the real-time experience?
