something i found out is that all evil characters have a glowing eye. notice how bunny has the eyepatch covering her eye?that was becuase she drank the potion and didnt want the main character (thats you) to see. and my guess is that infection hints to the fact that maybe the evil may start spreading.and also how all uninfected characters dont have a glowing eye(s)

This starts way before chapter 1. So Mr.P had someone severely sick and it was a she (says in the hospital notes) either his daughter or partner. They were rushed to the hospital while Mr.P puts millions of his money into hospital fees trying to find a cure.
