They are standard varifocal lenses, the same as all others with graduated strength across the lenses. They are not AI or military grade or other false misleading terms used.
The lenses are fixed focus, they do not change in response to anything. If you want to see distance you look up, read close up you look down.
If you look at a book, half the lenses are in focus which is correct and the top half is blurred as it is for distance.
