Monsoon conditions here in Lake Havasu, 82 this morning with a steamy 66 degree dewpoint, humidity currently down to 50%. High of only 93 forecast for today with a 40% chance for t-storms later this afternoon. Not much rain here out of all this, just horrific humidity! We could use a bit more rain here!
Our property in Show Low, AZ has received 12.55" of rain for just July alone, normal is 2.38"! Much needed rainfall!
