Building statistical process control charts for variables - an example

This video demonstrates the process of building statistical process control charts for variables. It demonstrates using a question and builds the xbar and rbar charts and introduces their interpretation. To highlight the difference between variables and attributes it does introduces a second example which does a pchart to highlight an attribute.
