That's a huge shed. I would love to see one that's insulated. And more importantly, how you ventilate a shed properly without worrying about moisture or energy loss.

I love it! Picked up a 16x16 1br floor plan on the web and this will work for a house condo alternative. People stop being jealous and buy your own. It doesn't cost THAT much. Like $35, 000.00? Get a mini mortgage and buy a garage sized lot.
