I'm expecting an utterly turgid game. So hopefully that's a jinx for the opposite to happen.

Arsenal will very predictably bunker for 90 minutes. City will pass the ball endlessly around the perimeter over and over again. Grealish and Silva will predictably cut inside, pass sideways, backwards, and never put first time service into the box for Haaland. Gabriel will just be grabbing Haaland all match long and trying to rip his shirt off. Haaland will once again be accused of "ghosting" because Arsenal will be too afraid to actually play an open game with City, will just sit in deep, and Haaland’s teammates are so concerned about keeping possession they will never put a ball into the box for him. 0-0 after 90.

I don't see Arsenal taking any risk at the eithad, another boring 0 -0 incoming lol as a neutral fan, lets hope not

After watching the game against Atalanta, I don't see Arsenal beating City

I disagree with James. If Arsenal are ever to win the title, they have to take on and beat City. If they play it safe, they will forever fall into that same methodology when it matters most. Although they don't always succeed, champions always go for the win. The challenger must at some point topple the reigning champion. If not now, then when?

It is ridiculous to say the stakes aren't high enough. Villa beat Arsenal and City in the midst of Europe matches so you can shove the Thurs match excuse. Every point counts!

Of course there's stakes. It's not a race, being in the lead isn't the advantage. You have to get points & Arsenal need to break 90 to be in the conversation.

Nobody expects it to be a good game because everyone assumes Arsenal will park the bus. It isn't like old school top 2 battles where both teams were brave and fancied themselves. Its the champions against a team trying to sneak in through the back door by stifling the stronger outfits play instead of going toe to toe with them. Arsenal know they are inferior. I hope they get picked off this time because as a neutral, I don't want to see the supposed top 2 face off like this.

Arsenal will obviously pack the bus but they won't survive this time

City have KDB & Sevinho missing. Advantage Arsenal but it will be a draw which suits both sides

Arsenal have to prove me wrong. I don’t see them winning.😂

What a load of bollox - Arsenal need to win. If you're going to win the league you have to beat the big teams! You don't need to be a professional footballer or pundit to work that out.
