If I don’t care about saving any data, how can I install fresh OS on to the new new SSD drive? I’d like to start over as if it’s new to me. Can I just replace the drives and restart the system? Thanks for the vid and any advice

Not true that this unibody 2012 is the last macbook to be upgradeable. Lots of later macs are upgradeable. The Retina can have larger ssd, and the macbook air 2017 can have up to 4tb ssd upgrade.
