For people who haven’t watched this match, this is epic, dramatic, and just to good! Novak struggled a lot, with him being very exhausted in the last games of the second set, he had some shaking, a red face, pretty much tired in every point, and all of this started from him changing his eye lenses through a medical timeout, losing his focus, ending up in losing the second set in the tiebreak, then Novak continued on, then he played in the 3rd set, he became better, but he still was exhausted, taking some empty times between points resting, especially when Medvedev changed his shoes because of the rope being cut or something, then, 4/4 in the 3rd set, Novak had his serve broken in an epic 15 minute game, at the end, he broke again, used some serve and volley tactics, kept his rhythm though his struggle, and won the match, just too dramatic, all the points were actually very good either than these highlights, just too good match from both players! And what a gladiator Novak was winning this match!

The fact that Novak had a total physical breakdown and still managed to win this is a testament to his mental strength. Anyone else would have either lost or quit under those conditions. He was practically collapsing after certain points in that match. The highlights don't really show it though.

Djokovic looked unbelievably exhausted last set that I was extremely nervous if he is going to lock it..Very impressive tennis level from both! ❤️
