Great tips. I can do 1 slow clean ring muscle up, but the hardest part is keeping the false grip when going down to do a second one.

This is exactly where I'm stuck - I can do 3 sets of 5 ring muscle-ups with thin red band but haven't yet achieved my first without. Will try out the pull-push concept on my brain to see if it cooperates, because I know that I have the physical strength...

Literally 2 min after watching this, I was able to do consecutive ring muscle ups. My grip was the only thing holding me back.

This is certainly a great video. I've been hanging like a goof in the rings hoping I somehow magically end up on top but it never happens. I think this will help me.

I’m SOOOO close. It’s stuck though exactly as you say. Practicing that pull to push does feel different though. Can do both elements but the transition is on the cusp. 🤞

Other than triceps extension exercises, what drills/exercises can you recommend that specifically helps build that strength to go from the pull to the push phase? I can do false grip pull ups and deep ring dips, but feel extremely weak when I start to try to move towards going into the transition.

Many thanks for this video. I was struggling with the best height for the rings for learning the MU and starting to think my 7ft 1 high rig wasn't high enough for the ring MU...clearly I was wrong!

Tucked false grip pulls looks like where I need to be working, to get ready for that 'head the ball'

i cant sill get it i was even using a the rubber bands i try multiple times to get it im thinking to lean out to help me a bit for calisthenics

I was told to try and keep the rings close to the chest while pulling up, I can see a big gap when Tim is doing it. Is it just because he has enough strength to transition with a bigger lever? (I can't transition yet)

Im exactly there atm. Im able to do 5 push ups with a nice false grip but I'm not able to transition :(

I can pull to chest with a decent false grip, dip to armpit, but still struggling with the transition. I think I get the message from the video but whenever I try lean forward it just doesn’t happen. Reckon I should keep practicing or try to pull higher. Any tips would be amazing

Bro....I can easily do 6 ring muscle ups...but my transition not tooo smooth.... slightly like chicken wing....how can I correct it....plss help me....I can do strict bar muscle ups with Perfect form
