Last week I released part 1 where I showed the protocol for focal liver lesions where Primovist /Eovist was used. Today, we take this specific protocol directly to the scanner, and I will break down tips and tricks to avoid pitfalls. Be sure to watch till the far end, a little surprise there regarding my channel.

Thanks for watching and following, hope you find this video interesting and valuable.

Thanks Bac. Great to learn new ways, for setting up the protokoll in Dot engine. Looking forward to testing out, some of it, on the scanner tomorrow.
Keep up the good work..

Hi Bac! We usually perform the dynamic part with a previous test bolus on the liver with 1ml of contrast agent to get a good arterial phase. Apart from that I'm in love with this t2 space, I'm gonna try It!
Many thanks from Barcelona!

Great video and great set of protocol, makes it easy.
I use a Canon 1.5T vintage Titan. I really like how seimens make preparing protocols much easier and specific.

Keep it going

Nicely shown. Usually what do you preferred, arms up or at the side? Thank you...

Your videos are very helpful.
I have 2 questions or let's say request
Can you talk about or make tutorial about changing phase directions to eliminate motions or to shorten scan time?reducing phase oversampling?
Finally scanning patient for abdominal or pelvis exams with their arms by their side.
Much appreciate it

Great video again! What are your thoughts on manual vs automatic breathing instructions? Also, what is your go-to preference when the patient isn't a really good free breather, would you just go with a T2 FatSat Haste, or BLADE instead? I tend to prefer BLADE, but I like to hear others opinions

you forgot to mention 3d centering on dynamic post contrast acquisition. could you pls explain what it does and why do you choose to keep it off?

Hi Bac, Great video. I love it. One question. How to optimize t2space parameters. Please help. Thanks.

Hello! Really useful, I've already made the same T2 haste coronal and axial on my Avanto fit, works great, and easier for patient (one BH instead of three)! Question about phases of contrast: if the target organ is liver, we make late arterial and portal-venous. What about kidneys imaging? Do we need earlier arterial phase, and if yes, how can we catch it with care bolus? thank you!

Great video! I noticed that the T2 Haste has a much higher TR straight out of the Siemens tree, but you lower yours to 498. Does lowering it that greatly change the look of the sequence much? What is the lowest TR that you would go on your T2 Haste?

What is turbo factor linked to or limited by again?

SMS DWI is problematic because of free breathing. when i compare on our Avanto Fit with PACE vs SMS 2 lesions are less visible in SMS2... And more problematic, some of then are not visible!
