3 years ago I was in a football club. Almost every day was leg day. Since exams were nearing, I had to quit the club. After a week or so my legs had this weird pain that won't go away. I ignored the pain until I started working out. This actually made the pain go away.
Now I got some decent calves

The only days I don't like that much are pull days, pretty difficult for me to feel my back and personally I don't like bicep workouts but I still do pull days, I like push because I enjoy the workouts and I like legs because I can lift the most weight on those days

As a woman i hate training my chest and shoulders, but a couple of months before i was avoiding them and i noticed that I wasn't improving and my shoulders would hurt all the time, so now i train them even though I don't like to, but at least my shoulders don't hurt anymore

if you can't walk after leg day, then you're doing something right
