Gaokao isn't just engeenering entrance exam. It's a general exam which will get you into any university and is compulsory for all the Chinese students who opt for higher studies unlike JEE

Par bro gaokao paper mein 9+4 subjects puche jate hai aur agar paper fail ho Gaye to family KO pension milna band hojayegi unlogo ka paper sahi mein life decide karta pure family Ki unke students ka pressure bahut high rehta hai jee advance ki tulna mein

As i heard gaokai is basically exam for all universities from top to bottom. Gaokao is like jee mains. But top universities also take their own exam for selecting student. It has very vast syllabus

Guys toughness of a paper also depends on the population and the competition. China has highest population thus more competition

If Jee was in our mother tongue like hindi, marathi, tamil, telgu, Kannad, beganli etc and we study our whole education in our mother tongue.
Then we would be more knowledgeable and practical.

Success rate of gaokao is 80% whereas that of JEE advanced is 1%.even if Gaokao was tougher, China has a lot of colleges to handle such a high population of students. Aur yaha demand ke respect mein colleges bahut kam hain isliye itna competition hai.

Gaokao takes 8-9 hrs for 2 3 days while jee is for 3hrs in 2 slots only

Goakao is tougher than jee advanced coz, in the questions level of gaokao lots of concept are applied and you can't solve questions within a miny these questions are highly conceptual & lengthy I have been observed questions paper of gaokao
Coz I have been qualified jee advanced & got 910 ranks, so this is my observation, in gaokao 6-8 options of one questions

Gaokao is a college entrance exam not engineering exam. And besides the students have to read both arts and sciences. They have to study Chinese, english, history, geography and etc.

Gaokao ke ques dekha hai Maine adv ke com me kafi low toughness hota hai . Ek aur baat gaokao pure China ka keval ek hi exam but yaha usse kai tough exam hai ex- upsc, ssc CHSL....

Jee advanced is only for the selected top students whereas gaokao is for everyone. Almost 10million students take it per year. The compitition in gaokao is huge making it tougher than jee advanced.
