Ingredients:
300g Maryland cookies (plus 15 more for topping)
110g butter, melted
1 tin (397g) condensed milk
150g milk chocolate chips
150g white chocolate chips

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Line an 8x10" baking tin with baking paper.

3) Finely crush the cookies in a blender and pour them into a bowl.

4) Add the melted butter and mix until combined.

5) Pour the mix into your baking tin and press it down firmly to make a base.

6) Pour the condensed milk over your base, then sprinkle the chocolate chips all over.

7) Break the extra cookies and place them on top.

8) Bake for 30-35 minutes and then put them in the fridge for 3 hours.

9) Enjoy!
