I've been listening to this since I was a kid, loving the message she was spreading. It is a perfect, timeless song.

Released in December 1963. Got to #2 on the Billboard charts in Feb.1964....right behind the #1 song in the country, "I Want To Hold Your Hand" by The Beatles...

They played this song in harley's first scene. It was not the cover of Grace. And i'm kinda happy cuz this is like 100x better.

I remember this classic song was in the oldies library of AM 55 KOY radio in Phoenix, AZ, when I was a D.J. back in the day. Thanks for posting.

I remember this song when it came out, and always loved it. Gutsy and a wonderful voice :) I don't have a clue as to the movie references ...

I still love 'em oldies, my mom always played her 45's or kono radio station, when I was a toddler. I'm in my late 30s now. I sure miss when kono use to play all kinds of oldies from the 60s and when wolf man Jack use to announce artists & song titles. Those were the days, oldies rule forever!!!
