This method works for me:
Uninstall your plug-ins after that just go to device manager, then press disk drivers, then right click your driver and press update, Next is you press display adapters
then right click your adapters and press update. After that you restart your PC and download/install your Plug-ins again. When your all done just open your after effects and its fixed.

this is not a helpful video because of many reasons. The first reason is very obvious, this video is not in english...and Second, "renaming" or "removing" does not help with issue, because it removes all of your plugins which isn't what I want to do I want to get the plugins to install and work properly not to get rid of them. By renaming or removing that MediaCore folder, after effects is no longer able to find the folder to use the plugins.
