How to Use the Hunter Douglas UltraGlide Lift System

The Hunter Douglas UltraGlide lift system is a very nice choice for child safety and ease of use. The video shows how a top/down bottom up shade works using two controls. One for the bottom rail and one for the middle rail.

Mine won’t go down lol I’m pulling at an angle and they don’t go down

thanks for the video... how do you lower the blind only half way? on the left hand side, when you pull the wand towards the middle, the blind "crashes" down... and you cant stop it half way... to leave the bottom half of the window with out the blind?
