You forgot the biggest part
You have to get a certain amount or you have to pay over 10 dollars in shipping fees, and if it’s a certain top pick one it doesn’t count and you have to pay extra unless you get more.
Plus, it took a whole month for them to pick up around 15 Lego pieces.
I recommend just doing whatever you do unless you really want to.
They got decent stuff though, it’s a 7/10 for me I guess

eBay is the worst option, you can't really find THAT many specific pieces plus the 9 dollar shipping for a tiny 1x1 isn't really worth it.

Yet they are incredibly expensive I tried to buy replacement parts for my boba Fett minifigure from the mini sets and it was 18 dollars (the minifigure got ram over cus I dropped it and couldn’t find it) Lego insanely marks up the price of pieces up to 1000% each 2x2 costs about 0.002 cents to make yet they mark them up to 20 cents sometimes so they crazily mark stuff up (also the reason the order was expensive is cus Lego has a minimum of 15 dollars)

If you want new pieces the pick a brick is a good idea limited to the offer in the store beacause they never have all the pieces, and for that reason the never be the best way to buy bricks
