Thank you for using the Fellowes AeraMax 190/200/DX55 or 290/300/DX95 air purifiers to clean the air in your home clean. Regularly changing the air purifier filters helps maintain the quality of your indoor air. Here are some simple instructions to help you replace filters.

1. Locate the filter drawer on the right side of your air purifier
2. Compress the tabs and completely pull out the filter drawer
3. If your air purifier is on, it will automatically shut off
4. Remove and discard both the dirty HEPA and carbon filters
5. Insert the new carbon filter first
6. Insert the HEPA filter
7. Slide the filter drawer and click it into place

Resetting the Filter Replacement Indicator Light

The AeraMax Air Purifiers comes with a change filter indicator to let you know when the filter needs replacing. This indicator must be reset after filters are changed.

1. Make sure the filter panel is secure and the air purifier is on
2. Press and hold both the filter icons for about three to five seconds until you hear a shrill beep
3. The indicator lights should turn off

The video shows her pressing just the flashing lit light “once the desired filter is illuminated”. You must press in the “centre” of both HEPA and CARBON for the light to go out – not just the flashing light.

I have one that works for 10 minutes then stops with all fan speed lights flashing. If anyone knows why I'd be grateful, I've changed both filters.

So the arrows on the filter and drawer don't point in the direction of the recommend air flow, correct? ...like every other filter ever made if I'm understanding this.
