So often, we're living in a state of switching back and forth from "past" to "future" which can often trigger depression, sadness, or anxiety symptoms. Many of us are completely unaware of this and it takes some training to snap ourselves back into the present moment, release thoughts not serving us, and find our way back to peace within our own heads.
