Nothing on this planet I love more than a beach with crystal clear water, I am absolutely fascinated by places like this one! Now I really want to go there, I mean I had Turkey on my list for long time now anyway and you gave me the right reason to insist on this! Wonderful video, you made me dream!

I used to watch the sunset from the top of the mountain behind the town. The view is jaw dropping and one of my favorite places in the world to watch the sunset. I would wait until the sun dropped into the sea and then start running down the ancient road/Lycian way hiking trail back to the town. If you move with a purpose you can just make it down as it gets too dark to see the trail. I was lucky enough to be there during a heavy and sustained winter rainfall lasting days. The top of the mountain is a flat plateau that rain builds up on. There are small canyons running down the mountain which are normally dry streambeds. After days of rain the water will eventually push out and go over the edge of the mountain creating a spectacular waterfall off the top of the mountain. There was so much water it over ran the road and flooded through the town. They built a tunnel under the road for the water to flow and prevent the town being flooded by the waterfall again. The waterfall is something that only happens maybe every 20 or 50 years or more.

The scenery and streets there are as beautiful as paintings. It is incredible to see ancient tombs on the street！
Although the beach is small, it is still very beautiful. The water is crystal clear and clean！

Chris & Carol. You are awesome. Keep it up. You make our days more pleasant by watching such great videos. Love it. I fall in love with Turkey after the first I have come to in 2011 for business. Been coming over for vacation each year afterwards. There is still so many to see. Anyway, as for your next stop I would recommend vivisting Ceşme & Alacati. A bit different to rest but amazing. Kas is Nice place but the Best Beaches are : 1- Patara Beach ( 12km long Dunes Beach) 2- Ilica Beach in Cesme-Izmir ( White Sandy like Caribbean ) 3- Iztuzu Beach in Dalyan 4-) Alacati Kairaba Beach nesr Izmir

You guys should do a tribute video to all the dogs you have encountered in your travels. It seems they like you every where you go. Especially in Turkey.
