Regarding Jura and their customer service, and not specifically this machine, but I have a Jura ENA 4 which was recently damaged some way during a move. I contacted Jura USA this past Thursday at 6pm, and by Saturday afternoon, I had a brand new machine and a return shipping label for the damaged machine.

Buy a Jura with confidence!

It's a great machine!. Easy to use, you dont have to do mutch. Empty the bin fill up water and press whatever drink you want. Downside are filter change and cleaning often. Ather then that it's great :)

Just to be clear, it doesn't seem like there's any cooling mechanism inside the machine, the water just isn't heated so if you don't add ice, you're just getting room temperature water. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Also, the making two drinks at once feature doesn't grind double the amount of beans, it just uses double the amount of water with one grind so the drinks will be watered down. I used to recommend that to clients when a line developed but I stopped after confirming that with Jura.

Love all your vids, Marc! I returned a Gaggia Classic Pro and just got my Jura Z10 from WLL the other day, but I’ve yet to make an espresso on it that actually tastes good. First, the shot that is pulled is not like a regular espresso machine. It’s more Nescafé than espresso. I’ve tried beans through the bean hopper (Danesi and a few others) and also used the alternate dose chute, tried adjusting strength and volume, but am not impressed at this point. Even though I didn’t like the inconsistency of the Classic Pro, I almost think the “not so good shots” from that machine were better. Also, it feels like overkill for simply making coffee and espresso. I really want to like the Z10. Any tips for dialing in espresso shots on the Z10?

Hi! Since the new grinder of this machine who is able to grind finer or coarser, would you say that an espresso on this machine is identical or very very close to an espresso with à Semi-auto with a external flat burr grinder ? Thanks!

How do the burrs get flushed of grinds from the previous grind if you can change grind size on each drink?

Got a question re the Z10. Can you connect to the milk cooler accessory and the Jura iPhone app? Can you do both or is it one or the other? Thank you.

Could I get this for light commercial use? I live in a small town and may only see 20-50 patrons a day. Would you think it would be feasible? Also, how well does this work with almond or flax or hemp milk?

What is the comparison between the z8 and z10 other then the cold brew options?

Hi! I want to buy the first jura coffee machine, but I can't decide. Help with the choice. I choose between e8, z10. Z is very beautiful, but is it expensive to overpay? Or is it better to take e8?

I am about to take the plunge and purchase the Jura Z10. I am totally new to super-auto's, I have been using a pod for years and want to both do away with the collosal waste, and get fresh coffee at the push of a button.
May I ask what are the best type of beans to use in Jura machines...medium roast? Dark roast?
Any help would be fantastic 👌

Hey there! Thinking about getting a Z10 for our office of 50 staff (20 are coffee drinkers). I was originally considering the X8 for the water and waste capacity, but the Z10 looks awesome with the cold brew options. Would the Z10 be able to keep up with our office?

Great review! So great that I went ahead and purchased the Z10 during a recent trip to Zurich, Switzerland (from the United States). Will the Swiss machine work properly in the States, with the differences in voltage/frequency/power adapters, as long as I get the proper power converter? Any ideas?? Thanks!
