Just came across a video of someone using the Jura syrup attachment with the Jura Z10—and it worked perfectly! This caught my attention because, according to Jura’s official website, the syrup attachment is only listed as compatible with the J8 and J8 Twin under the ‘Compatibility’ tab in the Accessories section. What’s confusing is that Jura explicitly states the Z10 doesn’t have the capability to create sweet foam, as it lacks the specific feature found in the J8 that uses a syrup cartridge to mix sweetness into the milk. Yet, this video clearly shows it working on the Z10. Has anyone else tried this? Is the Z10 more versatile than Jura claims, or is this just an anomaly? I tried to post a link to the video, but YouTube wouldn’t let me, but a user by the name of Kafiservice posted a video on TikTok.

Umm- so I don’t see any option for a timer for wake-up or how I would setup to brew a drink first thing in morning? Am I missing something? The Wi-Fi function is very limiting if it can’t wake-up from being powered off or be scheduled to come on at a certain time of day. I can’t even set the timer to have it stay on longer than 9 hours, so unless I make sure the last thing I do is turn it on and the first thing I do is use Wi-Fi to brew a coffee then I have to go down and turn the machine on and wait for first brew.

Hi. Just got my Z10 last week. Can you please tell me how the Z10 doses for espresso shots? As you know, multiple bean images are used on screen to represent coffee strength. If I slide full left and only highlight a single bean, what is the bean dose? Then how does the dose weight change as I move up in bean image selection, incrementally? Also, what is the gram dosage if I choose a doppio?
