A really good film! The ambience, clothes, the sober music... everything is really good! Finn Atkins is just incredible as Charlotte... perfect performance!

*The Brontes* were a family from *Bradford, West Yorkshire, England.*
It consisted of the father *Patrick Bronte, * the mother *Maria Branwell, * the son *Patrick Branwell, * and the five daughters *Charlotte, Emily Jane, Anne, Maria* and *Elizabeth.*
*Charlotte, Emily* and *Anne* became world renowned authors, and *Branwell* became a well-respected but since forgotten by many, author, poet, artist and teacher. All four of them were born in *Thornton, Bradford.*
They moved from *Thornton, Bradford* to *Haworth, Keighley, Bradford* in 1820, and that's where they spent most of their life.

Really enjoyed this. Very well done. For once the brontes don't sound like the queen with very proper accents. I presume they would have had Yorkshire accents. Charlie Murphy who plays Anne does a good job at the Yorkshire accent and she's not even British but Irish.

I don't think they would have had such strong Northern accents and the use of swearing felt very incongruous.
