Socially Responsible Investing (SRI), also known as Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), is a key strategy that many people are utilising in their investment portfolios. Whether you want positive screening (inclusion) or negative screening (exclusion) of particular things, it is important you make your adviser aware of this so they can create a suitable portfolio. Examples include:

Positive screening (inclusion of)

Thanks for an interesting video. I have been trying to invest "ethically" for years, but it is a struggle. Two questions: Why do so many of these finds charge more in fees than the regular ones, and do you think active, "ethical" investing is the last hurrah from active fund managers (as they have lost business to index trackers and ETFs over the last decade)?
