Israel who owns Moroccanoil is the biggest Sponsor of Eurovision. Joost Klein just said what everyone thinks, that Israel shouldn’t been competing due to the genocide putting at risk the whole competition. He is punished because of that.

I remember being confused yesterday when Joost was the only one that didn't greet the audience with "Love you, Europe" or something like that, he just finished a song and went silent. Is there a possibility he wanted to say something risky and they didn't allow him? Because since the beginning of the press conference he seemed annoyed and even angry, like something has already happened before press. Also, just like Israel supporters have a right to support whatever, he has the same right to his own opinion. Oh my god, the guy had some beef with the photographers which probably had nothing to do with Israel and you still choose to bring up Israel and throw the blame at the poor 20 year old girl representing her country? Maybe, just maybe, he messed up or was violent and maybe, just maybe, something happened without it having anything to do with Israel! Interesting concept is it not? I am Dutch and saw the press conference last night. He was being rude even before Israel's turn. From the moment he entered he acted weird and when they asked him questions, he was answering very annoyed. He was asked if he thought his song could unite us all by music?, to what he responded; I think that is a good question for the EBU. The whole Israel thing was after that, but it also seems that he didn't want to do a group picture with Israel being there. I just saw a video of today after the rehearsals in which you could see a conflict between an Israeli journalist and the blue bird.
