Not sure why a small percentage of people are having volume issues on this video. Maybe some kind of glitch in YouTube compression. Sorry if thats happening for you!

Whoever is designing the skates at FR is smashing it, these are gorgeous 😍

not gonna lie, it looks like they improved a lot on their previous FR models, having said that, the previous shell was already amazing, so hats off to FR. they truly outdid themselves.

Damn, the combination of that mount and frame looks like your foot would be damn close to being as low as a trinity setup.

If you think about it, the Seba CJ is a soft boot but one of the stiffest skates on the market. It all depends on where the stiff part of the plastic ends. The CJ’s plastic comes half way up the side, kind of like the FR1 (but not as high). So I don’t really think it’s about soft boot vs hard boot. It’s more about stiff vs floppy. You can have stiff soft boots and floppy hard boots. These skates look absolutely amazing btw. They would pair very nicely with some endless frames.

Thanks for the review (no sound issue for me )

7 hole mount enables you to mount endless 100, which are 180mm mount. i was really hoping they would keep the 7 hole.

I also tried to downsize from my FR1 Intuition with the Neo. I put the FR Intuition liner in the Neo, and the toebox was just not big enough - both on top and on the side. This was with the dual density Neo which definitely did not solve the issue for me. Too bad, it's a lovely skate. Maybe I'll wait and see what they do with the Neo Intuition and try again.

That blue version is a really good looking skate 🤩

Oh wow! Interesting! Curious about the ride height between the trinity mount and this now!
Absolutely beautiful skates tho!

Thank you indeed this might be my next purchase thanks to your advice

Having both single and dual density shells in hand, do you think the lateral support can work for wizard skating? Is it different (lateral support) from the ufrs?

I don't know if the lower frame height is a good thing. Depending on the width of the boot. If you are skating hard on the street and you lean the boot over and you touch the shell or the stupid protruding slider boot saver thing to the ground you are probably going down. Physical injuries cost so much more than new skates. I also don't like the rockerable frame bolts, much prefer the standard seba screw in mounts.

I am confused are these replacing the FR1s? I am going to try these I think, but I hope the FR1 is still around.

That is a great find. Yes it is really looking good. The ride height is what I started to hate on 165 mounts. Now for fun, go and take a look at the new k2 80 hardboots, how ridicolusly high they are

The top buckle seems to be the same as the one Powerslide uses and I hate that one. It sits so flat on the boot, there is barely anything to grab on.

Hey @LocoSkates, by any chance would you know how to get a gentler rocker in these FR NEO 1s? The frame rocks the wheels way too much for my taste, to the point I feel really unstable. I'm used to the Endless Blades kind of rockering, btw.

Take the current neo skates, swap frames, add your intuition liner and you'll have an equivalent skate to the upcoming skate.

I'll probably wait for the white version..only if they're producing it 😊

Please just show the weight between the blue dual density boot vs the I'm assuming the dual density is lighter, but a friend of mine told me they feel heavier. Please confirm this. Thanks

Hi! the final version of the fr neo 1 is already on the market and I don't see any reviews, opinions or users of these skates.. Does anyone know what's going on? Or maybe someone is a happy user and can tell about them?
